Cake Flags
I’ve been meaning to try these out for a while, so it was nice to find an excuse to do a bit of baking. My family arrived from America on Saturday morning, and what better way to greet jetlagged loved ones than with some super-sweet baked goods? I’m really pleased with the way the flags turned out. I think they’d be great table decorations for parties or weddings too – they’d look equally cute stood in sand or as part of a floral decoration.
New Family Member – Meet Tiggy
I’ve spent a couple of happy weeks in Connecticut with my family and this little one. Having been convinced i’m a cat person (despite my penchant for doggy badges… Go figure!) it’s been a bit of a surprise how quickly I fell in love with her – she’s quite a little character!
